Customers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, lease, or give away the original files.

  • Upload products or individual sounds to file-sharing platforms.

  • Include the products in other sample packs, preset packs, or sound libraries.

  • Claim ownership of the original samples.

  • Use the products to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including products, audio files, graphics, logos, text, and branding, remains the exclusive property of KNALWERK and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided except where required by applicable law.
